We are a busy construction/roofing company serving the Industrial and Commercial Sectors, looking to hire an experienced Flat Roofing Estimator/salesman. Position Requirements:
Summary
The flat roof estimator will be responsible for the tenders and estimating of various commercial projects.
Responsibilities
- Measuring roofs
- Pricing and quoting roofs
- Follow up on leads
- Ability to close deals and make sales
- Execute take-offs of production document
- Utilize computer for cost analysis of material, labour, equipment and overhead costs
- Working with deadlines of the project
- Submitting the proper measurements and tenders
- Selling/pitching quotation to customer
Qualifications
- Estimating experience required of 3 to 5 years
- Blueprint proficiency
- Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Excellent customer relation skills
- Ability to work in a fast past environment
Compensation
Salary Range: Salary to be determined based on experience
Salary Type: Base + Commission
