We are a busy construction/roofing company serving the Industrial and Commercial sectors, looking to hire Skilled Roofing Labourers in Service and Production for immediate and permanent employment. Position Requirements:
Responsibilities:
- Flat roofing system tear off – removal of existing roofing membrane
- Carrying/moving materials from storage or work sites to designated area
- General job site maintenance and cleanup
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Must be able to reliably commute to jobsites in the GTA
- Must be available for full-time hours
- Must be available to work Saturdays
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
- Ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions
- Ability to understand and carry out instructions
- Assist with the installation of flat roofing systems
- Must be flexible with working hours and available to travel out of town as needed
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Nice to have: experience in singly ply roofing systems and applications
- Nice to have: experience in the use of roofing equipment
