Project Highlights:

Empire delivered the flat industrial roofing scope for Amazon’s Project Eleanor—an ~704,000-sq-ft fulfillment facility in London, Ontario—working in close partnership with General Contractor Broccolini. Our system is a mechanically attached (MA) Elevate (formerly Firestone) 60-mil TPO roof assembly over a primed vapor barrier and two staggered layers of ISO 95+ polyisocyanurate insulation (R-30) with tapered design for positive drainage. Scope included sheet-metal flashings, three roof hatches, 75 pipe boots, plus flashing of 55 drains and 95 equipment curbs, all installed to manufacturer design-guide requirements and inspected by the manufacturer for warranty issuance. The completed system carries a 20-year No-Dollar-Limit (NDL) material-and-labor system warranty—providing a durable, energy-efficient roof envelope built for the demands of high-throughput logistics.
