Empire delivered the high-performance roof envelope for Derry Green Industrial Park—a four-building, ~970,000-sq-ft, Class A logistics campus in Milton, Ontario. Partnering closely with General Contractor Broccolini, our commercial/industrial roofing team installed an Elevate™ TPO flat industrial roofing system engineered for durability and sustainability. Across the park’s Net-Zero-ready design—including a fully Electric Net-Zero facility powered by rooftop solar—we integrated high-R insulation, tapered drainage, solar-ready detailing, and robust curb/penetration flashings. Multi-crew phasing kept the schedule on track while delivering watertight, energy-efficient roofs that support fast-moving logistics operations across the GTA.
