Empire delivered the flat industrial roofing package for Church Street South—a three-building, ~1.1-million-sq-ft Class A logistics development with 42-ft clear heights. Partnering with General Contractor Torque, we installed an IKO InnoviTPO 60-mil mechanically attached TPO roofing system over a 6-mil polyethylene vapour retarder and two layers of 3.5-inch IKOTherm polyiso on 22-ga steel deck. Perimeter half-sheets and enhanced fastening deliver strong wind-uplift performance, while drains, scuppers, curb flashings and TPO walkways were detailed to manufacturer standards. The result is a high-R, durable, low-maintenance roof engineered to meet IKO warranty requirements—an efficient, reliable solution purpose-built for large warehouse and distribution operations.
