Project Highlights:

Empire completed an industrial flat-roof retrofit for the Prologis Airport Road logistics facility in Ontario, partnering with the owner/GC team to replace the aging EPDM with a long-life Elevate TPO system. The new roof uses 0.080" Elevate UltraPly™ Platinum TPO engineered for a 30-year membrane warranty, built as a hybrid assembly: mechanically attached field sheets (HD fasteners & seam plates at 12" O.C., 8-ft rolls) with ballasted perimeter/corner zones—installed over ¼" DensDeck® Prime coverboard on a steel deck. Scope included infrared moisture scanning and targeted tear-out/replacement, FM-compliant perimeter enhancements, and new pre-manufactured metal edge (Coping/EdgeGard®). The result is an energy-efficient, durable TPO flat industrial roofing system tuned for high performance and low lifecycle cost.
