Project Highlights:

Empire delivered the flat industrial roofing scope for Prologis Park’s DC2 & DC3—two Class-A distribution facilities totaling ~1.2 million sq. ft. in the Greater Toronto Area. Partnering with General Contractor Leeswood Construction and JM Roofing Supplies, we installed a TPO flat industrial roofing system designed for durability and energy efficiency. The assembly includes a continuous vapour retarder, high-R tapered polyiso insulation, and protective coverboard, with solar-ready detailing, resilient perimeter and penetration flashings, and TPO walkways for safe service access. The result is a robust, low-maintenance roof envelope backed by a 20-year NDL system warranty, purpose-built for modern logistics operations in the GTA.
