Walkways – Over 1,100 linear feet of TPO membrane walkways were installed to enhance rooftop accessibility and safety
Skylights & Penetrations – Each building features 12 skylights, plus expertly flashed curbs, drains, and scuppers for watertight reliability
Warranty – 20-year Elevate system warranty + 5-year workmanship and sheet metal warranty
Execution – Delivered with full compliance to manufacturer guidelines and site-specific safety protocols
