Empire Roofing completed the full re-roofing scope for an active U-Haul storage and retail facility — all while the building remained fully operational.

Working within the constraints of an occupied site required detailed phasing, strict safety protocols, and constant coordination with facility management to minimize disruption to customers and staff. Access routes, loading areas, and daily operations were maintained throughout the project.

The existing roofing system was removed and replaced with a high-performance TPO assembly designed to improve energy efficiency, long-term durability, and overall building performance. Special attention was given to moisture control, tie-ins, and daily watertight integrity to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
