Project Highlights:

The Automann Caledon Industrial Facility is a large-scale new construction roofing project completed by Empire Roofing Corporation in partnership with Broccolini.

Located in Caledon, Ontario, this project included approximately 330,000 square feet of roofing on a new industrial facility built to support Automann’s growing operations. Empire’s scope included a GAF EverGuard® 60 mil TPO roofing system with RhinoBond® attachment, designed to support long-term durability, energy efficiency, and reliable protection for a large-format commercial and industrial building.

Working with Broccolini, Empire contributed to a major new construction project in one of Ontario’s active industrial and logistics corridors. The scale of the roof, coordination with construction schedules, and detailed system requirements reflect Empire’s experience delivering commercial and industrial roofing solutions for major developers, general contractors, and national brands across Ontario.
