Project Highlights:

The DSV Milton Distribution Centre is a large-scale industrial roofing project completed by Empire Roofing Corporation in partnership with Leeswood Construction.

Built as a major Canadian logistics hub for DSV, this Class A distribution facility brings together warehouse, office, transport, logistics, and secured storage operations under one campus. The completed complex includes more than 1.1 million square feet of total facility space, with Empire completing approximately 1,056,000 square feet of roofing scope.

The project featured a Elevate UltraPly TPO roofing system designed to support long-term performance, energy efficiency, and reliable protection for a high-volume industrial and logistics environment.

With 114 loading docks, temperature-controlled compartments, cooler areas, pharmaceutical and airport-secured storage, and LEED Silver recognition, this project reflects the scale and coordination required on major commercial and industrial construction projects.
