Empire Roofing delivered the complete flat roofing scope for a large-scale industrial development, supporting the construction of a modern logistics facility designed for efficiency and long-term performance.

Working alongside the project team, our crews installed a high-performance mechanically attached TPO roofing system across approximately 130,000 sq. ft. The system was engineered with a multi-layer insulation assembly to provide strong thermal performance, durability, and reliable watertight protection across a large roof surface.

The scope included detailed flashing at all penetrations, perimeter metal work, and integration of rooftop mechanical units — all executed with a focus on precision and consistency across the entire building footprint.
