Empire Roofing completed the reroofing scope for Dymon Self Storage in Toronto, Ontario, delivering a large-scale commercial roofing system designed to support long-term performance, energy efficiency, and protection for a high-traffic storage facility.

The project included approximately 315,500 sq. ft. of roof area and featured a mechanically attached TPO roofing system. The completed assembly was submitted through the manufacturer’s PIN portal with a 25-year system warranty, reflecting the project’s focus on quality installation and long-term watertight performance.

This project was also connected to the City of Toronto’s Eco-Roof Incentive Program, supporting the installation of a cool roof system as part of the city’s broader sustainability and climate change strategy. Cool roof systems can help reduce heat absorption, support building efficiency, and contribute to more sustainable urban infrastructure.
