Project Highlights:

Empire Roofing Corporation completed the roofing scope for the Ford Distribution Centre in Casselman, Ontario, a large-scale industrial distribution facility with more than 533,000 square feet of roof area.

The project included a mechanically fastened TPO roofing system, vapour barrier, R-30 polyisocyanurate insulation installed in two staggered layers, tapered insulation, metal flashings, and related roofing accessories to support a complete warranted roof assembly. The scope also included roof penetrations, drains, curbs, pipe boots, and one roof hatch as outlined in the project drawings.

This project was completed with a Firestone/Elevate TPO roofing system and received a 10-year Red Shield system warranty, along with a 20-year TPO membrane warranty.
