Project Highlights:

The Stanley Black & Decker Manufacturing Facility in Danbury, Connecticut is an industrial roof replacement project completed by Procon Roofing Corporation, a subsidiary of Empire Roofing Corporation.

The project included multiple roof areas on an active manufacturing facility, replacing aging EPDM and built-up roofing systems with a new mechanically attached 60 mil TPO roofing system. The scope included upgraded insulation, membrane flashings, metal cap flashings, roof drainage details, walkway protection, and related roofing accessories.

This project reflects Procon’s proven experience in commercial roofing, industrial roofing, manufacturing facility roofing, flat roofing, TPO roofing, and large-scale roof replacement projects for demanding operational environments.
