Project Highlights:

Empire Roofing completed the roofing scope for this 333,640 sq. ft. Class A industrial distribution facility for Oxford Properties Group, working alongside Leeswood Construction as General Contractor.

The mechanically fastened roofing assembly features a white Elevate 60 mil TPO membrane, two layers of polyiso insulation providing R-34.8 thermal resistance, a vapour barrier, and 26-gauge sheet metal flashings. The highly reflective TPO system supports energy performance while providing a durable, serviceable roofing solution for a large-scale logistics facility.

Empire’s scope also included 78 roof drains, 32 scuppers, 56 pipe penetrations, rooftop mechanical and exhaust unit flashings, expansion details, walkway areas, and tapered insulation at drain sumps.

With 46 loading docks, 36-foot clear height, and LEED certification, the facility was designed to meet the efficiency and operational demands of modern industrial and logistics users. The completed roofing system is backed by an Elevate 10-year Red Shield No Dollar Limit warranty.
