Project Highlights:

The Chick-fil-A Distribution Centre in West Columbia, South Carolina is a large-scale new construction roofing project completed by Procon Roofing Corporation, Empire Roofing’s U.S. division, in partnership with Samet Corporation.

Procon completed approximately 248,100 square feet of roofing for this new warehouse and distribution facility using a Firestone / Elevate TPO roofing system. Designed for long-term durability, energy efficiency, and dependable building protection, the roof system supports the needs of a high-demand industrial environment.

This project reflects Procon’s experience delivering commercial roofing, industrial roofing, TPO roofing, warehouse roofing, distribution centre roofing, and large-scale new construction roofing projects across the United States.
