Project Highlights:

The Blanchard Machinery Manufacturing and Repair Facility in Gaston, South Carolina is a large-scale commercial and industrial roofing project completed by Procon Roofing Corporation, Empire Roofing Corporation’s U.S. division.

Procon completed approximately 174,300 square feet of roofing for this new manufacturing and repair facility supporting Blanchard Machinery’s continued growth in South Carolina. As the state’s exclusive Cat® dealer, Blanchard Machinery serves industries including construction, power generation, material handling, and heavy equipment service.

The project included a Johns Manville 60 mil TPO roofing system designed to provide long-term durability, energy efficiency, and dependable protection for a high-demand industrial facility. The roof assembly was reviewed and approved under the Johns Manville Peak Advantage Guarantee Program and includes a 20-year No Dollar Limit guarantee.

This project reflects Procon’s experience delivering commercial roofing, industrial roofing, flat roofing, TPO roofing, manufacturing facility roofing, and new construction roofing systems for major equipment, service, and industrial facilities across the southeastern United States.
