Project Highlights:

The Boeing IRCSC Expansion Building in Ladson, South Carolina is a large-scale commercial and industrial roofing project completed by Procon Roofing Corporation, Empire Roofing Corporation’s U.S. division, in partnership with PARIC Corporation.

Procon completed approximately 168,000 square feet of roofing for this new construction expansion supporting Boeing’s industrial and manufacturing operations. The project included a Johns Manville 60 mil TPO roofing system designed to provide long-term durability, energy efficiency, and dependable protection for a high-performance aerospace facility.

With detailed coordination around roof access, drains, pipe penetrations, gutters, downspouts, and manufacturer warranty requirements, this project highlights Procon’s experience delivering commercial roofing, industrial roofing, TPO roofing, manufacturing facility roofing, and new construction roofing systems for major corporate and industrial clients across the southeastern United States.
