Project Highlights:

The Cologix TOR4 Data Centre Addition in Markham, Ontario is a specialized commercial roofing project completed by Empire Roofing Corporation in partnership with Leeswood Construction.

As part of this two-storey building extension, Empire completed approximately 21,900 square feet of roofing for a mission-critical data centre facility. The project included an 80 mil PVC roofing system designed to support long-term performance, durability, and reliable building protection for a high-demand technical environment.

With detailed roof requirements including expansion joints, mechanical equipment coordination, roof access, drains, walkway, and a 30-year system warranty, this project highlights Empire’s experience delivering commercial roofing, data centre roofing, flat roofing, PVC roofing, and new construction roofing systems for complex facilities across Ontario.
