Project Highlights:

The IKEA Hamilton Customer Distribution Centre & Collection Point is a major industrial roofing project completed by Empire Roofing.

As part of this large-scale new construction project, Empire completed approximately 483,500 square feet of roofing on a high-performance warehouse and distribution facility. The scope included a PVC roofing system designed to support long-term durability, energy efficiency, and the sustainability goals of the overall building.

The facility is targeting LEED Gold certification, Net Zero Carbon national certification, and net positive energy annually, making it a notable sustainable industrial development in Ontario.

This project highlights Empire’s experience delivering large-scale commercial and industrial roofing systems for major distribution centres, logistics facilities, and new construction developments across Ontario.
