The IKO Clay Hill Manufacturing Campus in Clay Hill, Florida is a large-scale industrial roofing project completed by Procon Roofing Corporation, Empire Roofing Corporation’s U.S. division, in partnership with Dana B. Kenyon Company.
Procon completed approximately 126,185 square feet of roofing across multiple areas of the new manufacturing campus, including the main building, office areas, processing spaces, and support rooms. The project included a 60 mil white reinforced TPO roofing system manufactured by IKO, designed to support long-term durability, energy efficiency, and dependable protection for a high-demand manufacturing environment.
IKO’s Clay Hill campus represents a major $240 million investment and is the company’s first manufacturing campus in Florida. The facility is planned to support asphalt shingles, insulation boards, and residential underlayment rolled roofing production, strengthening IKO’s manufacturing network across the southeastern United States.
This project highlights Procon’s experience delivering commercial roofing, industrial roofing, flat roofing, TPO roofing, manufacturing facility roofing, and new construction roofing systems for major manufacturers and industrial developments across the southeastern United States.
