Project Highlights:

The UPS Mebane Expansion in Mebane, North Carolina is a large-scale commercial and industrial roofing project completed by Procon Roofing Corporation, Empire Roofing Corporation’s U.S. division, in partnership with Samet Corporation.

As part of this new construction expansion, Procon completed approximately 101,400 square feet of roofing for a major UPS facility. The project included a Carlisle 60 mil EPDM roofing system designed to support long-term durability, performance, and dependable protection for a high-demand logistics environment.

This project highlights Procon’s experience delivering commercial roofing, industrial roofing, flat roofing, EPDM roofing, and new construction roofing systems for major distribution, logistics, and transportation facilities across the southeastern United States.
