Empire Roofing delivered the complete flat roofing scope for the 1,000,000 sq. ft. Amethyst Industrial Building in Cornwall, Ontario — a large-scale new construction manufacturing facility.

Partnering with Broccolini, our team installed a 60-mil mechanically attached TPO roofing system over a high-performance R-30 insulation assembly and steel deck. Designed for durability, energy efficiency, and long-term watertight performance, the system supports the operational demands of a modern industrial facility.

The project included extensive drain and penetration flashing, perimeter metal detailing, and integrated roof access components — all executed at a 42-foot working height. The completed assembly is backed by a 20-year No-Dollar-Limit system warranty, delivering long-term protection and value for the building owner.
