Project Highlights:

Procon Roofing Corporation, Empire Roofing’s U.S. branch, completed the roofing scope for Morris Tract Industrial / Concord Commerce Park, a large-scale industrial development located in Concord, North Carolina.

The project included approximately 754,000 sq. ft. of roofing across multiple buildings, including a main warehouse and five additional buildings. The roofing system featured a .045 white reinforced TPO mechanically attached membrane, installed with staggered insulation layers and detailed flashing, roof hatch, skylight, coping, gutter, and drainage components.

Designed to support a high-performing industrial environment, the roofing scope included multiple building conditions and details, from parapet wall transitions and expansion joint work to roof access points and walkway pads. These elements help support long-term performance, maintenance access, and protection for the facility.
